At Organic Tea, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out immediately so we can make it right.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your tea tins or pouches are unopened, in their original packaging, and that the order was received within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items safely in a shipping box with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
